Seat Covers:
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a 85% refund and 15% delivered as in-store credit. Only regular priced items may be refunded, Final Sale items cannot be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Holiday Gifts :
Any items purchased as a gift this Holiday Season will be allowed 60 day returns in the event the recipient does not like the item. We will be extending our return window from 30 days to 60 days for any orders placed within 60 days before December 23rd, 2024 - Jan 12th, 2025
Luxe Detailing Products:
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus shipping (around $6.50) and a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom Seat Covers:
Custom seat covers are specifically designed to fit the exact year, make, model, and trim of your vehicle. As these are custom-made and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind our guarantee of a perfect fit—if you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we will promptly address and resolve them.
